Lanterns from Thailand

Dean brought back lanterns from Thailand. It was so much fun to light them on the Fourth of July at my parent's beach house.

When we travel we like to shop in the local markets. I hate to barter so I don't buy very much but when I get home I wish I would have made the effort...

In India we felt like we were famous!
So many people wanted to take our picture...or just stare at us...:)

Today we watched Oprah in Jaipur, India visiting the Palace which was quite the production.
One night when we were just walking around the city of Jaipur and a light parade greeted us...Not quite as cool as on Oprah but pretty awesome!
